Flock Techniek
‘The electrostatic application of fibres by means of an adhesive layer’ By using an electrostatic field, charged fibres shoot back and forth at high speed between positive and negative. The pre-applied adhesive layer ensures a permanent adhesion of the fibres.

In our production area of 1000m2, we have an extensive number of machines at our disposal which enables us to carry out any form of flocking.
We always keep a large quantity of flock fibres in stock so that the correct colour, length and thickness can quickly be used.
Application
Technically: The various technical properties of flocked material are widely usable to solve any problem.
Plano: Well positioned and applied flock on sheets adds extra cachet and makes them highly appealing.

The distinctive features of flock technique are in our QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) treatment of productions. The ability to rapidly switch between machines and processes enables us to quickly produce medium-sized series. The benefit for our customers is, among other things, that they need not keep stock of flocked products.
We have a separate production line for the partial application of flock on plano sheets. The ability to flock even large format sheets (70*120 cm) sets us apart from our competitors.
